Answer

Most people would agree that car ownership has increased in recent years and is causing a range of problems, particularly in built-up areas. I think there are a number of ways that the governments can aim to deal with this.

Many big cities in the world have traffic problems but these problems vary. For example, it is reasonably easy to drive around my cities after 10 am and before 5 pm. However, outside these hours, you have to allow double the usual time to reach your destination. In some other cities, traffic is congested at all times.

One of the best approaches governments can take in busy cities is to encourage the use of public transport. This means the transport facilities have to be well run and people must be able to afford them. Busses, trams, and trains are good ways of getting around, and if they are cheap and reliable, people will use them.

Another approach is to discourage people from actually entering the city by building car parks and shopping centers on the outskirts. Many cities around the world do this quite successfully and offer passengers bus transport into the center if they need it.

Additionally, governments can also run campaigns to encourage people to be less dependent on their cars. Apparently, a lot of car trips involve very short journeys to, say, the supermarket or local school. These are often unnecessary, we automatically get in our cars without thinking.

To conclude, we all have a responsibility to look after our cities. Governments can do a lot to improve the situation and part of what they should involve encouraging individuals to consider alternatives to driving.

  1. Car ownership has increased so rapidly over the past thirty years that many cities in the world are now ‘one big traffic jam’.How true do you think this statement is?What measures can governments take to discourage people from using their cars?
In the modern world, people live luxuries life while using advance technologies. first comes in this transport modes like cars, these days cars are rapidly increasing daily on roads as compare to some decades. moreover, high cars means a lot of problems such as environmental and traffic jams. there are number of possible ways to deal with this, lets discuss some.

all around the world, many metro cities people wants private cars for privacy like freedom of commuting. moreover, to enjoy new features, technology and speed of brand new cars. consequently, number of car moving on roads and people face big pile up every day also more accidents. on the other hand, this tremendous increase in the cars give birth to new health issues. In some areas, local authorities has to rebuilt the roads for smooth traffic here, not enough.

moving towards the solution, Governments should encourage public to use more public transports. by improve the bus , train routes timings , stops and proved some benefits for travelling in the mass transit. such as free journey for one week, reduce ticket price and offering good condition of local transports.
secondly, authorities can encourage public to use bicycles, car pools and use public transit by organizing camps, digital adverting. moreover, to reduce the trafic jams modifies small roads to big , making junctions and making more bike routes. for instant , in some cities government has high tax back polices for those who use cycles for daily uses .Lastly, government should rise taxes on car buying and lunching new tight polices for purchasing private cars.

to conclude, every person is responsible for healthy environmnet with the help of government. Here, authorities has more power, budgets to deal with rising number in car ownership by enouncing and strict measurements.

  3. Significant growth in car ownership over the past three decades has caused traffic jams all over the world. In my opinion, the aforementioned statement is true. The increase in traffic jams has created a negative impact on the environment and society.

An upsurge in personal vehicles has resulted in a decrease in the use of public transport. Car ownership is relatively cheaper today than in the past, and hence, numerous people prefer to commute by cars rather than buses or trains. Further, cars have become an aspect of convenience for people who have to travel long distances multiple times a day. For instance, a travelling salesman will be comfortable using his/her own car for work than relying on public transport. The government, to combat the heavy road traffic, have constructed a plethora of bridges and fly-overs. However, despite these measures, traffic flow has continuously worsened, forcing the government to look for alternative ways to deal with the growing number of vehicles.

Governments can upgrade public transport to make it more comfortable for the passengers. Furthermore, an increase in the frequency of buses and trains, and covering more routes can be particularly helpful to motivate people to establish trust in the state transport system. Imposing taxes and penalty on cars, and increasing the fuel price could also be beneficial. Additionally, restricting car usage on certain days or certain routes can deter people from purchasing new cars. The government can levy more toll charges, and limit the number of cars per family. Finally, people can be educated about the impact of these vehicles on the environment.

In conclusion, roads in major cities around the globe are packed with vehicles due to the escalation in car ownership. The government can adopt various measures mentioned above to tackle with this issue.

  4. There is a very renowned and major problem nowadays apropos of the drawbacks constructed by the fresh technology . The government , even , still regards it as a profound quiz to deter people from purchasing its servants , cars . Notwithstanding , the vehicles especially the motorcars are ridiculously useful , flexible and comfortable to us for whatever rural the distance is . A very first problem mentioned already is car traffic . Punctuality is kidnapped by car jam and there was loss in human efficiency for giving the tolerance in my history . The main cause not agitated is the popularity of the cars and an enormous market and business for it .However , there are also non-negligible reasons . The government should be in exigency to change everyone’s wishes upon cars rather than the trains and can be controlled about ninety percent of wasting time .

Of course , buying cars greedily and even unnecessarily is going to be disappointing . Some sort of people have a superstition that every juvenile is apt to own a car at least and some suppose that a person ‘s prosperity relies upon the numbers of vehicles . This is obviously bending from the right way . In some countries , the cars’ population is three times more enormous than the population of the citizens . In a right way, everyone , including me , wishes a car to have the accessible transportation . By cars , wherever and whenever we can travel and so the traffic issue is going to hit as a majority . Plus , the over uses of bicycles and the residents who do not respect the laws make the traffic worse and worse . So , we have a must to perform well with the rules of the roads described by the government .

For the perspective for the government , the officers should make the guidelines of that problem . They ought to escalate the facilities of other transportation systems such as the trains , the ships and so forth . The easier and the more suitable the services , the more they will utilize their systems . There is also one solution that might to be incorporated . The police for traffic should be more proficient and the government is apt to settle the funds more expensive and costly . Lest the residents will ignore the disciplines , there should be more strong and hard punishments . The traffic points’ system must be yuppified by the technology , as an example , the crossers are more imperative than the cars . The cars which will curve towards right should be on the right path and by following the steps , car jam is not an onerous issue anymore.

To put in a nutshell , we : the citizens and the foreigners must pay attention to the rules and orders . We must be second unless we are urgent and in emergency .
No parking is allowed on the road and providing patience till the green indicates is our responsibility . Too much cars owning is not necessary not only for us but also for the environment . If the problem is more serious , every family should purchase only one car and it would be illegal for selling the extra cars . Tthe government is apt to encourage other otypes of communication ,nevertheless ; the police for the jam should emphasize for the solutions and causes . In this way ,
a city can never be hustle and bustle area or noisy with the cars and it will be a paradise , indeed .c
